Carol Schoeneck, CEO of Divine Staging and Décor, is certified as an Accredited Staging Professional, a Property Image Consultant, and a Property Staging Consultant and has worked for many more years in the Home Decorating Industry.  Working with clients from many states (Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Tennessee, Wyoming, etc.), she has offered affordable decorating/design services.  Recognizing the need to better understand the difference between decorating and staging a home to sell, she earned certification as an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Property Image Consultant (PIC), and a Property Staging Consultant (P$C).  While traveling to various states for the Property Staging Consultants Company, she taught Realtors® and stagers how to work together to prepare property (both domestic and commercial) to sell faster than its competition while solidifying the selling price.  She has prepared and staged hundreds of homes locally and across the nation.




Carol has been associated with Real Estate nearly all her life because at an early age she started working in her parents' real estate office answering phones and helping keep the MLS book.  She has personally moved over 20 times, so knows the stress related to having to get the house ready for sale, keep it clean while it is on the market, organize what goes and what stays, find movers, pack items, get moved, get unpacked and get back to living.  Carol has personally designed and constructed window treatments, bedding and other accessories.  She has learned to make something from almost nothing in order to achieve a beautiful effect.  She uses that knowledge and incorporates it into her work with Staging.
